Sven T. Marlinghaus is a Senior Advisor at Roland Berger within the Procurement Practice of Operations. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, his wide range of industry knowledge includes the automotive, machinery and TMT sectors.
He is an acknowledged expert in complex transformation processes in procurement and supply chain management. He is specialized in the digitization of purchasing processes and supply chains as well as performance improvement programs.
Prior to joining Roland Berger, Sven was Head of Operations & Performance Transformation at two leading consultancies. Before that, he was a Partner and Global Board Member of one of the most important boutique consultancies in procurement and supply chain management for eleven years.
